  I had mixed experiences here. I have bought two cars here. I noticed that everything is always checked off as being done, so I was rather annoyed the day couldn't get my wipers to spray after a service, so I went to open the bonnet and that was stuck too. I then checked all the points that had been done supposedly and found that my wiper blades where perished, my spare tyre was flat and the compartment was half full of water. I could smell mould but thought it was a bottle of water I spilled some time before. I took it back and they replaced the wiper blade and fixed the bonnet, they said a seal in the back needed replacing, and it had to be ordered from Japan which was about six months by boat. Here we are nearly twelve months later and that it was never ordered and the person has just left. The new service manager phoned me and they will be getting the part in and it will all be free! It just goes to show, if you do a good job and treat your customers fairly, they will always come back.

  The first time I came here was years ago to have my remote keys replaced. Firstly it was a ridiculous price for a key and if the battery goes flat I'm up for that cost again. Secondly I waited for 4 hours for them to come and tell me they couldn't fuigure it out and I needed to come back another day. I came back another day and they said it would take all day so I caught a taxi home only to have them call as I got home saying it was ready! That's 50 dollars on taxis I didn't need to spend. Today I came in to get my air bag replaced on recall which I was told would only take 90 mins, so here I am waiting again for 2 1/2 hours and they haven't started working on my car yet! Not happy.

  Love the team at Northpoint Toyota this is my 4th Corolla I have purchased over the years and I can not thanks the Travis and Allan and all the team for looking after me for all these years. Have sent many friends over the years as I highly recommend your sevices both in new and used cars. Just loving my New Corolla so much once again thanks to the wonderful team. Josephine Lindsell xxx
